Summer Snow 2 opened its doors on Front St S with a simple idea: serve coffee that people are proud to drink, in a space that makes them want to stay.

By day, it's a café — espresso machines humming, cold brew tapping, pastries arriving warm. By night, the same space transforms into a bar with cocktails mixed slowly and music turned just low enough to talk over.

We don't do chains. We don't do rush. We do the kind of place where your regular knows your name and your drink is already being pulled when you walk in.
